How is my seafood packaged for shipping?

All PrimeFish orders are vacuum-sealed and packed in temperature-controlled, insulated containers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure your seafood arrives frozen or perfectly chilled.

Where do you source your fish from?

We prioritize sustainability and quality by sourcing directly from certified sustainable fisheries and local docks. Each product page lists the specific origin and catch method for that item.

What is your delivery window?

We offer overnight and two-day shipping across the continental US. Orders placed before 12 PM EST Monday through Wednesday are typically shipped the same day to avoid weekend transit delays.

Can I return fresh food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

How should I thaw my seafood?

For the best quality, we recommend thawing your seafood in the refrigerator overnight. For faster thawing, keep the seafood in its vacuum-sealed bag and submerge it in a bowl of cold water for 20-30 minutes.

Is your seafood previously frozen?

We offer both 'Fresh Never Frozen' seasonal catches and 'Flash Frozen' items. Our flash-freezing process happens within hours of the catch to lock in peak flavor and nutritional value.
