Serving size (simple guide):
Main: 8oz per person (1 pack)
Appetizer: 4oz per person (½ pack)

Each pack is 8oz, fully cooked and ready to eat.

Warm (best method):
Melt butter over low-to-medium heat. Remove from heat, then add thawed lobster and gently spoon butter over top.
Do not overcook — it’s already fully cooked.

Cold:
Thaw, drain if needed, and serve (lobster rolls, salads, seafood towers, dips).

Storage:
Keep frozen until ready to use. When stored properly, products can last up to 2 years in the freezer.
Each package is labeled with its expiration date.

After thawing, refrigerate at 40°F (4°C) and enjoy within 2–3 days.
Do not refreeze after thawing.

Orders ship frozen in insulated packaging with dry ice and gel packs.

Dry ice notice:
Dry ice may still be present on delivery. Do not touch with bare skin; allow it to dissipate in a well-ventilated area.
